Step 1: Head to our return portal to get started! Click here to begin.
- If you've filed a claim through package protection, use the original order number for a smoother process.
Step 2: Choose the item(s) to return or exchange and share your reason. Your feedback helps us improve!😊
Step 3: Choose how you’d like to handle your return:
- Exchange for a different color/size of the same item.
- Exchange for a similar item within the same category.
- Exchange for a new product using our Shop Now feature or set up a return.
If you’re returning multiple items, repeat steps 2 and 3 for each before moving to Shop Now or completing your return.
Step 4: Review your choices:
- For exchanges: Select regular or instant.
- For returns: Choose a Gift Card or refund to your original payment.
Step 5: Complete your return with a printable or paperless label (valid for 28 days).
Step 6: Check your email for your return label or QR code (check spam if needed). Pack your return in original packaging, if available, and follow the email instructions.
