Step 1: Head to our return portal to get started!
- For U.S. returns, click here.
- For international returns, click here.
- If you’re looking to return an order that you’ve already filed a claim for with your package protection, just use the original order number in our returns portal.
Step 2: Select the item(s) you want to return or exchange. We’ll ask a few questions about why you’re returning your item. Your feedback helps us improve, so feel free to share any additional thoughts—your input is invaluable! 😊
Step 3: Choose how you’d like to handle your return:
- Exchange for a new color or size: Swap your garment for a different color or size of the same item.
- Exchange for a similar item: Find a new piece within the same category (e.g., if you have a Cami Bodysuit, explore other bodysuits).
- Exchange for a new product or return: Use our Shop Now feature to browse or set up a return.
If you’re returning more than one item, repeat steps 2 and 3 for each before moving on to the Shop Now feature or completing your return. 😉
Step 4: Review your choices in the cart:
- For exchanges: Choose between a regular or instant exchange.
- For returns: Decide if you’d like a Gift Card or a refund to your original payment method.
Step 5: Complete your return with a printable or paperless return label. (Our return labels are valid for 28 days.)
Step 6: You’ll receive your return label or QR code via email. If it doesn’t show up, check your spam or promotions folder. Pack up your items (you can use the original packaging if you have it) and drop them off at your local Post Office.
