Exchanges are fast and easy, and we cover the return postage domestically!

If you’re looking to exchange an order that you’ve filed a claim for with your package protection, just use the original order number in our returns portal. This will help make the process as smooth as possible! 😉
💜When you've arrived at our returns portal, simply enter your order number and your shipping address, zip code, or email to get started. From there, follow the prompts to set up your exchange on your purchase.
💜Once complete, you will be able to choose to receive either a prepaid return label to print or, if you don't have a printer, a QR code that can be scanned at participating USPS locations.
- Labels and QR codes expire 28 days after they are created.
💜The label or QR code will be sent to your email address. (If you aren't seeing this email, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder in your inbox!)
💜Simply package your returns, you can use the original packaging if you still have it, and drop the package off at your local Post Office.
💜As soon as your return garment(s) is received, your exchange garment(s) will be shipped out to you and a shipping confirmation email will be sent right over to let you know it's on the way!
💜Exchanges are shipped with our standard shipping, which takes about 5-9 business days.
💜Need your exchange ASAP? Use the instant exchange option when setting up your return. You will be prompted to enter in your card information and a temporary hold of $1 will be placed on your card. As long as your items are returned within 14 days the charge will drop. If you do not return your item within the time frame you will be charged for the item.
Is my order eligible for exchange?
💜In order to be eligible for a return/exchange, products must be purchased directly from Honeylove.com and be returned unworn in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Due to system limitations, we cannot generate prepaid labels for military addresses.
