If you’re looking to return an order that you’ve filed a claim for with your package protection, just use the original order number in our returns portal. This will help make the process as smooth as possible!😉
💜 When you're taken to our returns portal, simply enter your email address used when placing your order, as well as your order ID number (don't forget the include the # sign) on the return page to start the process!
💜Package your returns, you can use the original packaging if you still have it, and drop the package off at your local DHL office.
- You can also schedule a DHL pickup of your package by clicking here, selecting your country, and following the steps to schedule a pickup.
- If you are returning from the UK, Australia or New Zealand, please drop your return off at your nearest local post.
💜 As soon as your return garment(s) is received, your refund will take about 5-7 business days to process to your original payment method!
- Please note that original shipping fees, duty paid or any other associated costs are non-refundable, and a flat rate of $15 USD for return postage/costs will be deducted from your refund.
Is my order eligible for return?
💜In order to be eligible for a return, products must be purchased directly from Honeylove.com and be returned unworn in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
