No printer, no problem!
You're thinking about setting up a return or exchange for your garment and saw that for your domestic order we will email you a prepaid return label to print out and use, but uh oh! Either the printer is on the fritz or you've simply never needed one? No worries here, we've got you covered!
When going through our returns/exchange portal, you will be given the option to select either the printable label or a QR code that can be scanned at participating USPS offices.
The QR code option is a pixelated, scannable code (similar to a barcode) that will be sent to your email. The code can be scanned at the Post Office, right off of your phone, and they will be able to print the label out for you right there, at no additional cost!
QR codes are currently only available for domestic order.
