You've signed up for hive & you're so excited to see those credits pile up!
But oh no! You've placed your most recent order, logged into your account, and don't see your well-earned and much-deserved credits anywhere!
There are a couple of possibilities as to why this might be & the good news is, we're here to help!
💜 The first thing to ask is, did you use the same email to place your order that you used to create your Hive account? Your Hive account is directly linked to the email used for your orders so it is imperative that they match!
💜 Emails match but still no credits? No need to fret - Sometimes it takes just a little bit of time for the credits to sync through! Wait just an hour or two & check back into your Hive and soon enough you'll see them there waiting for you!
💜 Do your emails match and you haven't placed an order recently, but for some reason you're still missing credits? There is a good chance they were accidentally redeemed!
- Once you're logged in, view your activity history just in case! There you will see any and all codes that have been redeemed. The good news is if you've accidentally redeemed credits, the code will never expire and will be waiting for you when you're ready to make your next purchase!
