    Every order is allowed up to 3 exchanges! If you don't get it on the third try - no worries! You can always set up a return and re-order!

    Need your exchange fast? Try our Instant Exchange! 🌟 We’ll place a temporary $1.00 hold on your card until we receive your return. If we don’t get it within 14 days, you’ll be charged for the item. Select Instant Exchange at checkout, enter your card info, and your new garment will be on its way!

  • How Do I Set Up an Exchange?

    Exchanges are fast and easy, available in the US, UK, Canada and Australia! Click "START AN EXCHANGE" to begin. If you've filed a claim through package protection, use the original order number for a smoother process.  😉

    💜 Enter your order number and shipping details to get started, then follow the prompts to set up your exchange.

    💜 Choose a return label or QR code, which will be emailed to you. Check your spam or promotions folder if needed. Labels and QR codes expire 28 days after creation.

    • No packaging and returning from the US? Get a QR code to return your items at a nearby Return Bar with Happy Returns. Click here to learn more. 😉

    💜 Pack your return using the original packaging if possible and follow the easy instructions in your email.

    💜 Once we receive your return, your exchange will ship with tracking in 5-9 business days. Need it sooner? Choose the instant exchange option during return setup. Learn more here.

    Prepaid labels are unavailable for military addresses, however, you may send your return to the address below, share the tracking number, and we’ll handle the rest!
