  • Are My Straps a Perfect Fit?

    Digging Straps:
Most of your bra's support should come from the band, not the straps. If your straps are digging in, the band usually needs to do more of the work:

    1. Loosen both straps a little.
    2. Fasten your hook-and-eye one row tighter.
    3. Check the band sits level, front and back.
    4. Re-tighten the straps just until they lie flat without digging.

Still digging on the tightest hook? Try your sister size down in the band!

    Slipping Straps:
    Before anything try adjusting first!

    1. Shorten both straps with the slide adjusters until they sit snug on the shoulder without digging.
    2. Check the band, it should be level in the front & back (adjust hook row if necessary).

Are your straps convertible? Follow these steps to criss cross:

    1. Loosen both straps first; crossing makes them tighter.
    2. Before putting it on: unhook the straps at the back band of the bra, cross them into an X, re-hook, then slip it on like a tank top.
    3. While wearing it: turn the back toward you, unhook both straps, move each to the opposite side and re-hook.
    4. Readjust strap length for comfort.

    Know your connector:

    • Pin clasp (opens with a hinge): open the clasp mid-strap and reconnect to the opposite-side connector.
    • Swan hook (open hook that slides): slide the hook out and into the opposite-side connector.
Not sure which style you have? The pin clasp opens with a hinge; the swan hook is an open hook that slides in and out.
  • How Do I Get My Bra to Lay Flat?

If you're experiencing underarm gapping with your bra, a little adjusting can close the gap💙 Follow these steps for a flat laying cup and band:

    1. Fasten your hook-and-eye one row tighter so the band sits close to your body.
    2. Check the band is level; if it rides up in back, the cups will tip away from your sides.
    3. Shorten your straps slightly until the cup edge lies flat.
    4. Lean forward and gently sweep any breast tissue from under your arm into the cup.

Still gapping? Try crossing your straps, or the next size down!

High waist styles are designed to meet your bra line!

If there's a small gap (approximately 2"), follow the steps below to attach the optional straps:

    1. Before putting it on, hook the straps into the 4 fabric loops inside the waistband (2 front, 2 back).
    2. Step in one leg at a time and pull up to your hips using the back panels, or the gusset if your style doesn't have them. Never pull on the mesh.
    3. Make sure the crotch sits flat against your body. This is the most common fix for fit, and if it hangs low, the waistband won't reach your bra line.
    4. Fold the waistband over slightly, grab the fold, and pull up to your bra line.
    5. Adjust the straps so the waistband sits at or just under your bra band.

It's meant to feel snug, like a firm hug.💙
