    How do I redeem my credits?

    • Log into your account, enter the amount, and click 'redeem credits' to generate a code. The code will be applied automatically at checkout and will remain in your cart, even if you leave the site or sign out and back in!

    How long do store credits last?

    • Store credits expire 180 days after receipt. We'll send an email reminder before they expire. ๐Ÿ˜Š

    I accidentally redeemed a code before I was ready, what do I do?

    • Redeeming credits generates a personal discount code, which will stay in your cart until you're ready to use it. Additional credits earned can be added to the code by entering the new total, which will generate a new code.

    I forgot to log in before placing my order. Will I still get credits?

    • Your HoneyClub benefits are linked to the email used for your membership purchase ๐Ÿ’œ If the same email is used for other purchases, credits will automatically apply to your account.

    How do I access my free shipping benefit?

    Can I use discount codes with my membership?

    Can I pause my membership?

    • Memberships cannot be paused, but you can cancel and rejoin at a more convenient time. ๐Ÿ˜Š

    How do I cancel my membership?

    • You can cancel anytime through your account portal or by contacting support. ๐Ÿ’œ

    Will I receive a refund if I cancel early?

    • There are no cancellation fees, but membership costs are non-refundable. If canceled, your membership remains active through the billing period ๐Ÿ˜Š Unused credits expire after 180 days.

    Is the membership fee a recurring charge?

    • Members pay $24 USD annually and auto-renews until canceled. ๐Ÿ’œ 

    Can I change the payment method on my membership?

    • Yes! You can update your payment method directly in your member portal.๐Ÿ’œ

    We do not currently offer strapless options. We are always on the side of innovation and continually work to release new designs our customers request!

    In the meantime, our shapewear pairs perfectly with strapless styles, and many of our bras, tops, and bodysuits have convertible straps.

  • Do You Carry Medical Garments?

    If you're considering our garments for post-surgery or postpartum support, we recommend consulting your doctor first to ensure they're safe for you. ๐Ÿ’œ While our garments provide comfortable compression, your well-being is our top priority!

    Weโ€™re often asked if our LiftWear garments are suitable for mastectomy patients. While not specifically designed for this, they do feature a small opening where the included pads can be removed.

    Honeylove Shapewear has strategically placed compression panels that support the tummy and thighs while easing compression at the rib cage and leg hems for comfort and flexibility, whereas traditional shapewear applies a uniform compression often flattening curves rather than enhancing them.

  • What Is Extended Alpha Sizing?

    Honeyloveโ€™s new Extended Alpha sizing accommodates more band and cup sizes, ranging from 30A to 44G, with many combinations in between.

    Our traditional alpha sizing offers standard categories (e.g., S, M, L), in contrast, extended alpha provides greater flexibility for subtle size adjustments by adding a + sign to increase the cup and maintain the same band! 

    Extended Alpha sizing is available in our Original CrossOver Bra (US only), Lace CrossOver Bra (US Only)CrossOver V-Neck Bra and CrossFlex Activity Bra.

Garment Fit

  • How Can I Cross My Straps?

    Many of our bras, tops, and bodysuits feature adjustable straps that can be worn traditionally or crisscrossed in the back for extra lift and support.

    To cross the straps before putting the garment on:

    • Cross the straps before wearing, and hook the band for bras.
    • Hold the garment by the straps with the โ€˜Xโ€™ facing you.
    • Slip your hands through the side openings of the 'X'.
    • Slip your head through the front opening under the โ€˜Xโ€™ and pull the garment on like a tank top.

    To cross the straps while the garment is on:

    1. Unhook the straps on both sides
    2. Hook the right strap to the left side and vice versa
    3. Adjust the straps to your desired tightness and you're all set!

    Eligible U.S., Canadian, Australian, and UK returns are free within 30 days of delivery. International returns incur a $15 USD return fee, deducted from your refund. Click here to start your return!

  • How Can I Return With US Happy Returns?

    Weโ€™ve partnered with Happy Returns ๐Ÿ˜Š for easy, eco-friendly returns in the US. Start your return online and select Box-Free & Printerless Drop-Off at Happy Returns on the final review screen in our returns portal! 


    Skip the USPS line and packaging hassle, and drop it off at a Happy Returns location! Bring your order and QR code to a return bar, and we'll handle the rest.

    Remember, they cannot accept your return without this QR code, so initiate the return online and obtain the QR code before visiting a Return Bar. To find a location near you, click here and enter your zip code!

     

  • How Do I Get a Return Label?

    Returns are quick and easy! If you're outside the US, Canada, Australia, or the UK, a $15 USD return fee will be deducted from your refund. Click "START A RETURN" to begin! If you've filed a claim through package protection, use your original order number for a smoother process. ๐Ÿ˜‰

     

    ๐Ÿ’œ Enter your order number and shipping details in our returns portal to start. 

    ๐Ÿ’œ All of the garments for the order will be listed.  Select the garment(s) youโ€™d like to return. 

    ๐Ÿ’œ A pop-up will appear where you can select why youโ€™d like to return! Let us know if you have additional comments about your fit or experience! 

    • If youโ€™re returning more than one item, repeat steps 2 and 3!

    ๐Ÿ’œ After filling out the prompts, select Exchange for new product or Return item. Next, if you're choosing to return, select Get a $XX.XX refund. On the following page, for eligible returns, you can choose either a gift card or a refund to your original payment method!

    ๐Ÿ’œ Choose a return label or QR code to be emailed to you. Check your spam or promotions folder if needed! Labels and QR codes expire 28 days after creation.

    ๐Ÿ’œ Pack your return using the original packaging, if possible, and follow the instructions in your email.

    ๐Ÿ’œ Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method once your return is received.

    Prepaid labels are unavailable for military addresses, however, you may send your return to the address below, share the tracking number, and weโ€™ll handle the rest!
