  • How Do I File a Package Protection Claim?

    If there’s an issue with your order while in transit, request a reorder via your confirmation email or this link with your order number and email. Indicate the reason & affected item(s), and Corso's concierge team will email you to help resolve it quickly and effortlessly. 💙

    To return or exchange a claimed order, use the original order number in our returns portal. If you need any assistance, just reach out.

  • How Long Are International Shipping and Processing Times?

    💙Order Cutoff: 

    • Orders placed before 11 AM PT, Mon–Fri (except holidays), ship same day. Orders after this time or on holidays ship the next business day.

    💙Shipping Times:

    • Basic/Economy: 6-11 business days 
    • Express: 2-6 business days

    💙Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder.
