How Do I File a Package Protection Claim?
If anything goes wrong while your order is in transit, request a reorder through your confirmation email, or use this link to enter your order number and email to get started.
You'll be prompted to indicate the reason for the claim & the item in question. Afterward, Corso's concierge team will get in touch via email to assist you in achieving a quick and effortless resolution. 💜

How Long Are International Shipping and Processing Times?
💜 Orders placed before 11 AM Pacific Time, Monday–Friday, ship the same day, except on holidays. Orders placed after this time or on holidays will ship on the next available business day.

- Express: 2-6 business days
