When Will My Pre-Order Ship?
Pre-orders ship on or around the release date listed on the product page. Please note that all pre-order shipping dates are estimated, not guaranteed.
If the release date changes for any reason, your order will automatically ship on the new release date once the item becomes available.
Once your pre-order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, they will ship separately:

đź’™ Pre-order items will ship separately once they become available, using standard shipping. -
When Will I Be Charged For My Pre-Order?
Pre-orders will be charged when the order is placed.

Can I Use A Discount Code on Pre-Orders?
Pre-order items are already offered at a special discounted price, so additional discount codes or promotions (including BOGO offers) can’t be applied.

Can I Change or Cancel My Pre-Order?
Yes! If you need to cancel or update your pre-order, please reach out to us as soon as possible using the chat bubble on our website. While pre-orders don’t ship right away, changes are only possible before the item enters processing.
If you contact us outside business hours, we’ll get back to you the next morning. Our team is available 6 AM–6 PM PT, 7 days a week.

What is the Return Policy on Pre-Orders?
Our return policy for pre-orders is the same as our standard return policy. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your item.
If your order ships in multiple packages, each item, including pre-order items, will have its own 30-day return window starting from the day it’s delivered.
