If there’s a shipping issue, we’ve got your back! Start a reorder request through your order confirmation email or use this link. Once your request is sent, Corso’s concierge team will step in to ensure everything gets sorted quickly and hassle-free.
But that’s not all! Corso also helps protect the planet. When you add Package Protection to your order, Corso offsets the carbon emissions from your shipment. It’s a simple way to make your shopping experience a little greener! 🌱🎁

- When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Click it to view updates and expected arrival.
Track Through Your Honeylove Account
- Sign in with the email used to place your order, then go to "Orders" to view tracking info.
Track via Our Website
- Enter your tracking number, or your email address and order number, to get shipment updates.
We understand the excitement of waiting for your Honeylove order, and we want to keep you updated every step of the way!
Please note: Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after shipping. If you don’t see updates right away, don’t worry—your package is on its way!

Can I Edit or Cancel My Order?
Once an order is placed, you won’t be able to modify or add to it. If you need to cancel the order or make any changes, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll help you cancel the order and place a new order with the correct items. Use the chat bubble on our website for quick assistance.
💜 Orders placed before 11 AM* Pacific Time Monday-Friday ship out same-day, except holidays.
*5 AM Pacific Time, Monday-Friday, for our UK customers.
*10 AM Pacific Time, Monday-Friday, for our Canadian customers.
*6 PM Pacific Time, Monday-Friday, for our Australian customers.
If you contact us outside business hours, we’ll respond the next morning. We’re available 6 AM-6 PM PT, 7 days a week.
