Pre-Orders

  • When Will My Pre-Order Ship?

    Pre-orders ship on or around the release date listed on the product page. Please note that all pre-order shipping dates are estimated, not guaranteed.

    If the release date changes for any reason, your order will automatically ship on the new release date once the item becomes available.

    Once your pre-order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

    If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, they will ship separately:
    💙 In-stock items will ship within our regular processing time.
    💙 Pre-order items will ship separately once they become available, using standard shipping.

  • When Will I Be Charged For My Pre-Order?

    Pre-orders will be charged when you place the order.

  • Can I Use A Discount Code on Pre-Orders?

    Pre-order items are already offered at a special discounted price, so additional discount codes or promotions (including BOGO offers) can’t be applied.
     

  • Can I Change or Cancel My Pre-Order?

    Yes! If you need to cancel or update your pre-order, please reach out to us as soon as possible using the chat bubble on our website. While pre-orders don’t ship right away, changes are only possible before the item enters processing.

    If you contact us outside business hours, we’ll get back to you the next morning. Our team is available 6 AM–6 PM PT, 7 days a week.

  • What is the Return Policy on Pre-Orders?

    Our return policy for pre-orders is the same as our standard return policy. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your item.

    If your order ships in multiple packages, each item, including pre-order items, will have its own 30-day return window starting from the day it’s delivered.

    • When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Click it to view updates and expected arrival.

    Track Through Your Honeylove Account

    • Sign in with the email used to place your order, then go to "Orders" to view tracking info. 

    Track via Our Website

    • Enter your tracking number, or your email address and order number, to get shipment updates.

    We understand the excitement of waiting for your Honeylove order, and we want to keep you updated every step of the way!

    Please note: Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after shipping. If you don’t see updates right away, don’t worry—your package is on its way!

  • Can I Edit or Cancel My Order?

    Our team works fast, so if you need to cancel or make any changes to your order, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. Contact us by using the chat bubble on our website for quick assistance.

    *5 AM Pacific Time, Monday-Friday, for our UK customers.

    How do I redeem my credits?

    • Log in, add your items to the cart, and head to checkout. There you’ll see any credits you can use. Enter the amount you’d like, hit Apply, and your code will stick around in your cart—even if you leave or sign out.
    • Sign in on the membership portal, go to the Membership tab, and select “Get discount code” to generate a code that you can enter at checkout.

    How long do store credits last?

    • Store credits expire 180 days after receipt. We'll send an email reminder before they expire. 😊

    I accidentally redeemed a code before I was ready. What do I do?

    • Redeeming credits creates a personal discount code that stays in your cart. 
      • Earn more credits? Just enter the new total to refresh your code.

    I forgot to log in before placing my order. Will I still get credits?

    • Your HoneyClub perks are tied to the email you signed up with 💙 Using the same email for other orders, and your credits will automatically be added.

    How do I access my free shipping benefit?

    • Free shipping is automatically applied with your account email — no code needed! 🎉

    Can I use discount codes with my membership?

    • Only one code can be used per order 💙 
      • Redeemed credits cannot be combined with other discount codes.

    How are credits handled on returns & cancellations?

    • If an order is canceled or returned:
      • Any credits you earned will be removed
      • Any credits you used will be added back to your account.

    • Memberships have no cancellation fees, but costs are non-refundable and will remain active through the billing period 😊 Unused credits expire after 180 days.

    Is the membership fee a recurring charge?

    • Memberships are $24 USD annually and will auto-renew until canceled. 💙 

    Can I change the payment method on my membership?

    • Yes! You can update your payment method directly from your profile in your account portal. 💙
