How do I become a member?
- Add membership to your cart and follow the standard checkout process to place an order, or get free membership by purchasing select product bundles (look for the bundles with Membership in the name). After checkout, we’ll send an onboarding email to the email address you used at checkout with instructions to access and use your member benefits 🎉
- Please note our membership is only available for US Customers. We appreciate your patience as we transition to this new feature. We hope to include international memberships soon!💜
Do I need to have an account to use membership?
- Yes! An account will be created automatically when you check out 🎉If you already have a Shop account, you can purchase your membership using the email address associated with your existing account, and you’ll be able to view membership details after you check out. You can access your account anytime by clicking the account avatar icon in the top right corner of the site header, where you can manage your membership and redeem credits via the account portal💜
I previously signed up for the Honeylove Hive; does that give me access to HoneyClub?
- Thank you for being a member of the Hive! 🥰 HoneyClub is a separate program from the Hive, so you'll need to join HoneyClub to access the exclusive perks. With the introduction of HoneyClub, we will no longer support the Hive loyalty program.
I used to be a member of the Honeylove Hive. What happened to my points?
- Active Hive members were sent advance notice of the end of the Hive program in order to redeem points before the program was discontinued. If you did not receive this notification, please reach out to support for assistance💜
