How do I redeem my credits?
- To redeem credits in your account portal, simply log into your account, enter the amount of credits you'd like to use and click “redeem credits” to generate a code. That code will then be automatically applied to your cart and at checkout.
- The code will still be auto-applied to your cart even if you leave the website or sign out & back in, so it's always ready for you to use!
How long do store credits last?
- Store credits expire 180 days after receipt. We’ll send you an email when your credits are about to expire to remind you to use them 😊
I accidentally redeemed a code before I was ready, what do I do?

When you redeem your credits, a discount code personal to you is generated. The code will be available in your cart until you’re ready to use it💜
- If you acquire additional credits before you use the code, you will be able to amend the amount of credits on the code! You can do so by keying in the new desired amount, up to the total amount available to you. The original code will be deleted and a new code will be created for the new amount.
I forgot to log in before placing my order. Will I still get credits?
- Your HoneyClub benefits are linked to the email address you used to purchase your membership 💜 If you checked out with the same email address, your credits will automatically apply to your account portal!
How do I access my free shipping benefit?
- Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout as long as you use the email associated with your account. No code needed🎉
Can I use discount codes with my membership?
- You may use one discount code per order 💜 If you’re applying a discount code from redeemed member credits, additional codes cannot be added to membership orders.
How are credits handled on returns & cancellations?
- If you earn credits on an order and go on to cancel the order or return an item from that order, any credits associated with the canceled order/returned item will be removed from the account.
- If you use credits to place an order and go on to cancel or return that order, the credits used will be automatically added back into the account when the cancellation/return is processed.
