  • What Is Your Return Policy?

    We have a 30-day return policy for all of our customers.

    Returns are free within 30 days of purchase for eligible orders in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and the UK.

    International returns can be returned within 30 days of purchase at a fee of $20 USD, which is deducted from your refund.

    • For Exchanges: Available for US, UK, Canada and Australian customers only. Once your return is received, your exchange will be shipped, and a shipping confirmation email will be sent. Exchanges are shipped via standard shipping. Learn more about our exchanges here!
    • For Returns: Once your return is received, your refund will be processed in 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note, that shipping costs are non-refundable.

    To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, in original condition, and with tags and liners attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

    Non-returnable items include:

    • Gift cards
    • Intimates bag
    • Package protection
    • Final Sale items
    • Purchases from retail stores (please return to the original store)

  • How Do I Set Up an Exchange?

    Exchanges are fast and easy, available in the US, UK, Canada and Australia! Click "START AN EXCHANGE" to begin. If you've filed a claim through package protection, use the original order number for a smoother process.  😉

    💙 Enter your order number and shipping details to get started, then follow the prompts to set up your exchange.

    💙 Choose a return label or QR code, which will be emailed to you. Check your spam or promotions folder if needed. Labels and QR codes expire 28 days after creation.

    • No packaging and returning from the US? Get a QR code to return your items at a nearby Return Bar with Happy Returns. Click here to learn more. 😉

    💙 Pack your return using the original packaging if possible and follow the easy instructions in your email.

    💙 Once we receive your return, your exchange will ship with tracking in 5-9 business days. Need it sooner? Choose the instant exchange option during return setup. Learn more here.

    Prepaid labels are unavailable for military addresses, however, you may send your return to the address below, share the tracking number, and we’ll handle the rest!

    Every order is allowed up to 3 exchanges! If you don't get it on the third try - no worries! You can always set up a return and re-order!

Please note, the $15 bonus cash is only available for these two options.

    Need your exchange fast? Try our Instant Exchange! 🌟 We’ll place a temporary $1.00 hold on your card until we receive your return. If we don’t get it within 14 days, you’ll be charged for the item. Select Instant Exchange at checkout, enter your card info, and your new garment will be on its way!

  • How Do I Navigate the Return Portal?

    Follow the steps below—or watch the quick video—to see how to navigate the returns portal!

    Step 1: Head to our return portal to get started! Click here to begin.

    • If you've filed a claim through package protection, use the original order number for a smoother process.

    Step 2: Choose the item(s) to return or exchange and share your reason. Your feedback helps us improve!😊

    Step 3: Choose how you’d like to handle your return:

    • Exchange for a different color/size of the same item.
    • Exchange for a similar item within the same category.
    • Exchange for a new product using our Shop Now feature or set up a return.

    If you’re returning multiple items, repeat steps 2 and 3 for each before moving to Shop Now or completing your return.

    Step 4: Review your choices:

    • For exchanges: Select regular or instant.
    • For returns: Choose a Gift Card or refund to your original payment.

    Step 5: Complete your return with a printable or paperless label (valid for 28 days).

    Step 6: Check your email for your return label or QR code (check spam if needed). Pack your return in original packaging, if available, and follow the email instructions.

  • How Can I Return With US Happy Returns?

    We’ve partnered with Happy Returns 😊 for easy, eco-friendly returns in the US only. Start your return online and select Box-Free & Printerless Drop-Off at Happy Returns on the final review screen in our returns portal!

    Skip the USPS line and packaging hassle, and drop it off at a Happy Returns location! Bring your order and QR code to a return bar, and we'll handle the rest.

    Remember, they cannot accept your return without this QR code, so initiate the return online and obtain the QR code before visiting a Return Bar. To find a location near you, click here and enter your zip code!

  • How Do I Get a Return Label?

    Returns are quick and easy! If you're outside the US, Canada, Australia, or the UK, a $15 USD return fee will be deducted from your refund. Click "START A RETURN" to begin! If you've filed a claim through package protection, use your original order number for a smoother process. 😉

    💙 Enter your order number, zip code, or shipping details in our returns portal to start. 
    💙 All of the garments for the order will be listed.  Select the garment(s) you’d like to return. 
    💙 A pop-up will appear where you can select why you’d like to return! Let us know if you have additional comments about your fit or experience! 

    • If you’re returning more than one item, repeat steps 2 and 3!

    💙 After filling out the prompts, select Exchange for new product or Return item. Next, if you're choosing to return, select Get a $XX.XX refund. On the following page, for eligible returns, you can choose either a gift card or a refund to your original payment method!
