How Do I Get a Return Label?

Returns are quick and easy! If you're outside the US, Canada, or the UK, a $15 USD return fee will be deducted from your refund. Click "START A RETURN" to begin! If you've filed a claim through package protection, use your original order number for a smoother process. 😉

💜 Enter your order number and shipping details in our returns portal to start, then follow the prompts.

💜 Choose a return label or QR code, which will be emailed to you. Check your spam or promotions folder if needed! Labels and QR codes expire 28 days after creation.

💜 Pack your return using the original packaging, if possible, and follow the instructions in your email.

💜 Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method once your return is received.

Prepaid labels are unavailable for military addresses, however, you may send your return to the address below, share the tracking number, and we’ll handle the rest!
