What Is Your Return Policy?

We have a 30-day return policy for all of our customers.

Returns & exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery for eligible orders in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and the UK.

All other returns can be made within 30 days of delivery for a shipping fee of $20 USD, which is deducted from your refund.

Please note that for both returns and exchanges, your original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless you’re returning under the 14-day cooling-off period, see below).

  • For Exchanges: Available for U.S., Canada, Australia, and UK customers only. Once your return is received, your exchange will be shipped, and a shipping confirmation email will be sent. Exchanges are shipped via standard shipping (4-7 business days). Learn more about our exchanges here!
  • For Returns: Once your return is received, your refund will be processed in 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, in original condition, and with tags and liners attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Intimates bag
  • Package protection
  • Final Sale items 
  • Purchases from retail stores (please return to the original store)

14-Day Cooling Off Period (EU & UK Customers): Shopping with us from the European Union or UK?  You’re entitled to a 14-day cooling off period for online purchases of eligible, otherwise non-returnable items.  Just let us know you’d like to make a return within 14 days of receiving your order, send the item back, and we’ll issue a refund, minus the $20 shipping fee (where applicable).  If your item is defective, we’ll waive the shipping fee.
