  • How Do I Get a Return Label?

    Fast, free, and easy within 30 days of delivery for eligible orders in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and the UK. 

    International returns are available within 30 days for a $20 USD fee, deducted from your refund.

    Follow the steps below to see how to navigate the returns portal!

    Step 1: Go to our returns portal and enter your order number and zip code or email. If you filed a claim via package protection, use the original order number.

    Step 2: Select the item(s) to return or exchange and provide a reason—your feedback helps us improve!😊

    Step 3: Choose how you’d like to handle your return:

    • Exchange for a different color/size of the same item.
    • Exchange for a different item.
    • Return for a refund.

    Step 4: After selecting all items:

    • For exchanges: select regular or quick exchange.
    • For returns: select store credit or refund to your original payment method.

    Step 5: Submit your request and check your email for your return label or QR code (check spam if needed). 

    Step 6: Pack your return (original packaging preferred) and follow the instructions in your email. If in the US, you can skip packaging and return via a nearby Happy Returns Return Bar with a QR code. Click here to learn more. 😉

    Step 7: Once received: 

    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
      • Original shipping fees, package protection, and other costs are non-refundable
    • Exchanges will be shipped with our standard shipping (4-7 business days). Choose quick exchange if you need it sooner. Learn more here.

    Prepaid labels are unavailable for military addresses; however, you may send your return to the address below, share the tracking number with us, and we’ll handle the rest!

    We have a 30-day return policy for all of our customers.

    Returns & exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery for eligible orders in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and the UK.

    International returns can be returned within 30 days of delivery at a fee of $20 USD, which is deducted from your refund.

    • For Exchanges: Available for U.S., Canada, Australia, and UK customers only. Once your return is received, your exchange will be shipped, and a shipping confirmation email will be sent. Exchanges are shipped via standard shipping (4-7 business days). Learn more about our exchanges here!
    • For Returns: Once your return is received, your refund will be processed in 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

    To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, in original condition, and with tags and liners attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

    Non-returnable items include:

    • Gift cards
    • Intimates bag
    • Package protection
    • Final Sale items
    • Purchases from retail stores (please return to the original store)

    If you're in the US, UK, Canada or Australia, you can exchange your item and enjoy great perks! 😉 

    Every order is allowed up to 3 exchanges! If you don't get it on the third try - no worries! You can always set up a return and re-order!

    With our bonus cash, you can swap for a new garment within a $15 price difference or take your time browsing and choose a Honeylove gift card for your return with an additional $15 bonus cash! 🛍️🙌

    • Please note, the $15 bonus cash is only available for these two options.

    Need your exchange fast? Try our Quick Exchange! 🌟 We’ll place a temporary hold for the full amount of the exchange on your card until we receive your return. You will have up to 30 days, depending on your bank, to return your items. If we don’t get it within that timeframe, you’ll be charged for the item. Select Quick Exchange at checkout, enter your card info, and your new garment will be on its way!

  • How Can I Return With US Happy Returns?

    We’ve partnered with Happy Returns 😊 to make US returns easy and eco-friendly!. Skip the USPS line and packaging hassle by selecting Box-Free & Printerless Drop-Off at Happy Returns on the final review screen in our returns portal, then drop off your order at a Happy Returns location! 

    Bring your order and QR code to a return bar, and we'll handle the rest. Don’t forget—you need the QR code, so start your return online first. To find a location near you, click here and enter your zip code!
