Returns are fast and easy, and we cover the return postage domestically💜
Click "START A RETURN" to go to our interactive returns portal to get started!
💜As soon as you've arrived at our returns portal, simply enter your email address used when placing your order and your shipping address zip code to get started, then select the order you'd like to set up a return on, and follow the prompts to set up your return.
💜Once complete, you will be able to choose to receive either a prepaid return label to print or, if you don't have a printer, a QR code that can be scanned at participating USPS locations.
-Labels and QR codes will expire 7 days after they are created.
💜The label or QR code will be sent to your email address. (If you aren't seeing this email, be sure to check the spam or promotions folder in your inbox!)
💜Simply package your returns, you can use the original packaging if you still have it, and drop the package off at your local Post Office.
💜 As soon as your return garment(s) is received, your refund will take about 5-7 business days to process to your original payment method. Please note that standard and expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
