We do not currently offer strapless options. We are always on the side of innovation and continually work to release new designs our customers request!
In the meantime, our shapewear pairs perfectly with strapless styles, and many of our bras, tops, and bodysuits have convertible straps.

Do You Carry Medical Garments?
Our pieces aren’t medical-grade, so we recommend checking with your doctor first if you’re considering them for post-surgery or postpartum support. 🥼🩺 While our garments are designed to offer comfortable compression, your well-being will always be our top priority. 💙
For mastectomy patients, LiftWear garments may be a helpful option. 💙 While they aren’t specifically designed for this, they include a small opening that lets you remove the pads and insert prosthetics if needed. 🤗

Honeylove's SoftFlex structures, flexible supports hidden in the side seams of the waist, provide gentle support and aid posture. Bra Exchange Recommendation
Let's find your exchange by using the following chart to adjust full bra sizes, or find your sister size based on your fit needs!
To understand your bra today and how best to use the above chart, read the following to determine what fit adjustments need to be made:
- I only need to adjust the fit of my bra band.
- We recommend using the sister size method! Find your bra size and move diagonally up or down on the chart below! (Learn more about sister sizing below!🙂)
- I only need to adjust the fit of my cups.
- Find your bra size on the chart, and follow the up or down arrows to increase/decrease your cup size while maintaining your current band size.
- Both my band and cups need adjustments.
- Once you've located your current bra size on the chart, follow the instructional arrows on both the band and cup to determine your new recommended size. (You should only be using the up, down, left, and right arrows in this instance)
How does sister sizing work?
Use sister sizing when you need to make slight adjustments to your band size, but your cup size is just right!
Moving diagonally up will increase your band size and decrease your cup size, resulting in a looser fit in your band without compromising the cup depth you currently have. Moving diagonally down will decrease your band size and increase your cup size, providing you with a tighter-fitting band.
It's important to remember, this sizing method adjusts both band and cup to maintain the cup volume you have now while improving the fit of your band💙 - I only need to adjust the fit of my bra band.

Does Honeylove Use Standard US Sizing?
Yes, we use standard US sizes from XS to 4X and cups A to G for our bras, tops, and bodysuits. We also offer US band and cup sizing in our CloudEmbrace Wireless Bra.
💙Our sizing will adjust to your local sizes if you’re located outside of the US by updating the country in the top right-hand corner of our website!
💙Our "Find My Size" tool on the product page can be adjusted to accommodate international sizes to find your perfect fit.

How Can I Cross My Straps?
Many of our bras, tops, and bodysuits feature adjustable straps that can be worn crisscrossed in the back for extra lift and support.
- Before putting it on: Unhook the straps, cross them into an “X,” re-hook, and slip it on like a tank.
- While wearing it: Rotate so the back face you, unhook both straps, cross them to the opposite sides, adjust, and you’re all set!💙

When Will My Pre-Order Ship?
Pre-orders ship on or around the release date listed on the product page. Please note that all pre-order shipping dates are estimated, not guaranteed.
If the release date changes for any reason, your order will automatically ship on the new release date once the item becomes available.
Once your pre-order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, they will ship separately:

When Will I Be Charged For My Pre-Order?

Can I Change or Cancel My Pre-Order?
Yes! If you need to cancel or update your pre-order, please reach out to us as soon as possible using the chat bubble on our website. While pre-orders don’t ship right away, changes are only possible before the item enters processing.

What is the Return Policy on Pre-Orders?
Our return policy for pre-orders is the same as our standard return policy. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your item.
If your order ships in multiple packages, each item, including pre-order items, will have its own 30-day return window starting from the day it’s delivered.

How do I redeem my credits?
- Log in, add your items to the cart, and head to checkout. There you’ll see any credits you can use. Enter the amount you’d like, hit Apply, and your code will stick around in your cart—even if you leave or sign out.
- Sign in on the membership portal, go to the Membership tab, and select “Get discount code” to generate a code that you can enter at checkout.
How long do store credits last?
- Store credits expire 180 days after receipt. We'll send an email reminder before they expire. 😊
I accidentally redeemed a code before I was ready. What do I do?
- Redeeming credits creates a personal discount code that stays in your cart.
- Earn more credits? Just enter the new total to refresh your code.

How Do I Get a Return Label?
Fast, free, and easy within 30 days of delivery for eligible orders in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and the UK.
International returns are available within 30 days for a $20 USD fee, deducted from your refund.
Follow the steps below to see how to navigate the returns portal!
Step 1: Go to our returns portal and enter your order number and zip code or email. If you filed a claim via package protection, use the original order number.
Step 2: Select the item(s) to return or exchange and provide a reason—your feedback helps us improve!😊
Step 3: Choose how you’d like to handle your return:
- Exchange for a different color/size of the same item.
- Exchange for a different item.
- Return for a refund.
Step 4: After selecting all items:
- For exchanges: select regular or quick exchange.
- For returns: select store credit or refund to your original payment method.
Step 5: Submit your request and check your email for your return label or QR code (check spam if needed).
Step 6: Pack your return (original packaging preferred) and follow the instructions in your email. If in the US, you can skip packaging and return via a nearby Happy Returns Return Bar with a QR code. Click here to learn more. 😉
Step 7: Once received:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Original shipping fees, package protection, and other costs are non-refundable

Returns & exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery for eligible orders in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and the UK.
International returns can be returned within 30 days of delivery at a fee of $20 USD, which is deducted from your refund.
